Cruelty-Free, Vegan, Natural, and Organic skincare is my kryptonite (so is Target, but that’s another story hahah!) I cant get enough of products that are made in small batches and are good for you and our environment, which is why I was delighted when I discovered TroveOrganics on Etsy.
I first came across Kelly’s shop when searching for vegan lotion bars on Etsy. I had to replace all of my lotions, soaps, and skincare products after I discovered my daughter is allergic to dairy, eggs, and soy. Honestly, I was surprised at how many beauty products I used that contained soy, soybean oil, vegetable glycerin, and even animal fat.
Kelly’s entire shop is dedicated to creating vegan, organic, good for you products and her lotion bars quickly became a staple in my daily routine. Think of it like a soap bar, but lotion. My skin soaked up the goodness of the essential oils and combination of coconut and Shea, it’s been thriving ever since. To be honest, I don’t think I will ever go back to store-bought lotion, even after I stop breastfeeding.
After incorporating vegan lotion bars into my routine and witnessing the wonderful things it’s done for my skin, my curiosity peaked and I decided to try more of her handmade products to replace those that I already use. I am a huge fan of serums, moisturizers, and face washes, my cabinets are stocked with products but I wanted to replace them and simplify my routine with organic essentials. Luckily, Kelly recently released a line of organic facial care and I perused her shop and filled my cart to my hearts content.
I purchased a facial cleanser, a toner, two serums, and a spot treatment. I doubled up on a few items because I knew I was going to be hooked, and I wanted to keep my cabinet fully stocked.
Honestly, I have been using these products for a short while but already see such a difference. Kelly notified me that with any skincare routine, my skin needs time to adjust, especially the switch from store-bought to organic. Thankfully, my skin didn’t react badly, rather it’s been loving all that I’m doing for it.
I want to share with you the products that I purchased from TroveOrganics, how to use them, their ingredients and the beautiful benefits that come along with it, as well as some tips and tricks for getting the most out of these handmade, organic beauty essentials.

I had chamomile tea a few times in my life and enjoyed its aroma and the warm feeling it gave me. I can’t tell you how pleasant and perfectly Kelly captured the scent and it’s aroma in her products. Her vegan chamomile lotion bar always brings warmth and calmness into my daily routine so when I saw this cleanser listed on her shop, I had to grab a few bottles. It does not disappoint!
Distilled Water, Castile Soap, Organic Argan Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Organic Vegetable Glycerin), Chamomile infused Almond Oil, Honey, Rosehip Oil, Jojoba Oil, Lavender Essential Oil Frankincense Essential Oil*
I have used many “gentle cleansers” in the past but this has got to be the best! I’m not sure if it’s the organic ingredients, the presence of skin enriching oils, or Kelly’s magic hands, but this cleanser has done my skin justice. It’s like a cup of water for your skin, especially during these drying winter months. My breakouts have subsided and my skin doesn’t feel right or dry after washing.
Kelly recommended that I store the unused bottle in the refrigerator because of its ingredients, that way it stays fresh and lasts longer. That’s how you know these ingredients are the real deal!
I use this facial cleanser twice a day and follow it up with the products below.
The smell of TroveOrganics rose water is delightful! It’s a soothing, alcohol-free toner made with organic rose petals.
You can use this hydrating mist for any skin type. However, if you have dry, patchy, or dull skin, I highly recommend it! I spritz it a few times on my skin and rub it in before applying my serum and moisturizer.
Here’s a tip! If you wear makeup, I recommend you spritz it on your beauty blender before applying your foundation and then setting your makeup with a few more sprays! It keeps your skin refreshed and dewy for a natural glow. I also carry it in my purse for a quick pick-me up if I feel like my skin gets dull throughout the day.
I used to breakout constantly and have tight skin after using store bought hydrating mists and setting sprays, but this rose water is a game changer and my skin is thankful for it.
Restore is my favorite serum to use at night because of its healing properties. It helps brighten dull skin, moisturizes irritated skin and dry patches, and helps restore balance.
While you catch some Zs your skin is restoring itself and this is one of the best serums to aid in that process. The restore serum contains essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals necessary in skin health. I wake up to bright, refreshed skin every morning!

I use a few drops of this serum after cleansing my skin, and adding a few spritzes of toner. It’s perfect for daily wear because it isn’t greasy and doesn’t leave an oily residue behind. In fact, it’s a wonderful base for under makeup because it keeps your skin hydrated so your makeup doesn’t become dull or cracked.
Three organic ingredients that get the job done: tea tree oil, vitamin E oil, and witch hazel, all certified organic.
That’s all you need to clear redness and bumps! It comes in a glass bottle with a stainless steel roller for easy application.
I have used this on a few occasions and it zaps those ugly bumps like magic! I use it in addition to my serums, however make sure your skin is cleansed and makeup-free before using.
Cruelty-free, organic, green, vegan beauty is what it is all about. I have noticed a dramatic difference from switching from store bought products, to organic, vegan products that are also beneficial to the environment.
I will note that you will have a weird in-between when switching to organic products because your skin needs time to adjust.
